My weight (etc.) is not being imported into my diary even though it is stated that the Withings is "connected". How do I correct this?

    Hi there,

    First, check to make sure the weight has been imported from your scale to your Withings account. If you see it there, access your account settings in Withings, and check: Partners > Manage Partners to view connected apps. Do you see Cronometer listed there?
    If it is not, log into your Cronometer account and then disconnect your Withings account. Then reconnect to try to reestablish the link.

    If Cronometer is listed in your Withings account as a partner app, disconnect Cronometer. Then log into your Cronometer account and relink your Withings account.
