Explode recipe missing on ios
I used to be able to explode a recipe. It’s not an option in the menu or what I swipe the entry. If this option is moved please tell me how to access it on iOS. If it was removed please bring it back.

Swipe left to get the delete icon shown in your screenshot above, and swipe right to get the menu on the left:
Tap the three dots to see the menu options, and select Explode Recipe:
Let me know if you don't see the Explode Recipe option in the menu!
