Cronometer doesn't have an option to auto add foods to your diary.
As an alternative, you could make a recipe out of the items you add to your diary regularly. Then you can add them to your diary in one go, to save time.
You can also 'Explode' your recipe to show each individual item in your diary. This is handy if you would like to make adjustments to serving sizes, or remove some of the items from your diary that day.
I right-click an item in the diary from one day, copy it, and then right-click-paste it into the diary for the current day. Not as good as automatic, but still a quick and easy way to replicate items.
