Please could admin help? My last post - I think I was spammed.

I'm actually having a really hard time right now. I just gave a sincere response to someone but when I looked at the link they left it seems to be just spam. What's disturbing is that they tailored their comment to my personal distress. Could admin please take a look and tell me if I'm wrong? I'm having bad anxiety so maybe I'm misunderstanding. But otherwise it's just made me feel more vulnerable.
If you think it's spam please delete it and my very last comment if possible.
I know it's not this site, which I have always found safe and caring. But I really didn't need this today.

Oh, why did I forget about flagging?! Sorry, I was extra sensitive yesterday after having a migraine. Today, it doesn't seem such a big deal, haha. I can just flag it the next time. Thanks for your help though.
