My app is synced to apple health, but it’s not pulling data from previous weigh ins that I’ve done over the past year, only the last two days. Is there something I’m doing wrong?

Hello, I have tried all the Zendesk articles for uninstalling, reinstalling, backfill and Cronometer will not write my weight and other stats to Apple Health. What is there a fix for this?
