Daily goals seem too high

Hello,

i am a 33 year old male 187cm, 77 kg quite active. If I put these in chronometer I get , for example, a protein daily goal of 168.9 g which seems excessive as literature tells me 2g per kg of weight is at the upper limit (my energy goal is 2070 kcal). I can’t reach any of my daily goals. I put a weight goal of 80kg (+0.2kg per week) which shouldn’t change the values that much. Does this seem right to you?

It sounds like you may be using macro ratios vs. fixed values in your targets (found under settings). Your protein target in grams is a function of the protein percentage of calories you select.

It might be preferable to set your macros at "fixed" and instead, choose an individual target for protein (can be set by clicking on protein in the diary).
