Carbs Target Disappeared
How do I reset them? Now I have none, I went back to my profile and put Sedentary like they suggested in the webinar. I have no idea how to get the carbs back. It's blank.

Hi Donna,
You can add/remove targets from the Settings tab. Please click on the Profile + Targets tab.
Edit your Carb target in the Macronutrient targets section.
To add a target to your diary, use the Nutrient Targets section. Click on the Carbohydrates tab, then tick the box in the Visible column to add a nutrient to your list in your diary.
