Blank screen

Hi,


Could you have a look at the bug shown in attached picture. Tried clearing app data, doesn't work. Happened several times.

    Hi AlexC,

    Does this screen appear when you open the app? Can you recall any actions you took right before this happened?

    What version of the app are you using? iOS or Android? Are you connected to Apple Health, Samsung Health or Google Fit?

  • Appears randomly when using the app. Force closing sometimes fixes the problem for a moment.

    Connected Cronometer to Google Fit 2 days ago, though I think the problem has lasted longer than that.

    Other screens are also messed up (daily report, for instance). Same behavior.

  • It's happening every time i'm adding food now. Tried clearing app storage completely again, still does not work. The app is barely usable now.

  • We've just sent an update with a fix for this issue to Google Play. Please let us know if you're still running into issues after you get it.

  • Just updated (3.8.8) and seems to be working normally again. Thanks.

    I, too, had been having this problem intermittently for some time now and seemingly coming more often. I could manually refresh screen by pulling down (Android) which brought back the diary display until next diary change so it wasn't a showstopper, simply annoying.
