Are all the entry for rib eye raw? I'm trying to find the best entry to use for a boneless rib eye steak.

USDA usually has raw in the name for uncooked meats. Cooked meats will usually include cooked in the name.
NCCDB, on the other hand, will give nutrition info for cooked meats (unless otherwise specified in the name).
