Eggo Homestyle Waffles

Hey! Question about eggo homestyle waffles, so on the box of the waffles it says it has 0 mcg of vitamin d but when I enter it on cronometer it tells me that I am getting vitamin d from them, is there a reason for this? Thanks!

  • It could depend on the source of the data. For example, we've got lab analyzed sources (like NCCDB and USDA) that will report data on many more nutrients than you would find on the package.

Nutrients listed on the package are presented as rounded values; if nutrient values are very low, they may be rounded down to zero. Whereas the lab analyzed sources will give you the average amount.
