can i track my sugar intake with Cronometer?
Yes absolutely! Sugar is listed under the Carbohydrates section of your nutrient targets:
As always, any and all postings here are covered by our T&Cs:https://forums.cronometer.com/discussion/27/governing-terms-and-disclaimer
I don’t see it
If you're not seeing sugar in the list, head over to the Settings tab. Under Profile + Targets, there is a section for adding/removing nutrients from your list of targets in your diary page.
Click the Carbohydrates tab and find sugar in the list. Click the box under the Visible column to add it to your dairy:
Let me know if you're still running into any issues. If possible, send us a screenshot at: [email protected]
Thanks, I should have been more clear. I did all that. Sugar doesn’t appear to be counted in the diary, meaning I can’t see how much sugar I have consumed. Thanks for the reply. I will figure it out.
You can see the sugar value listed beside the target in your dairy. For example, in the first screen shot I posted above, you can see I had 16 g of sugar.
Though there is no target by default, you can click your sugar target to add a daily target or maximum target.
I hope that helps! Let me know if you have any other questions about the sugar target, or where to find the sugar content of foods you are adding to your diary.
This what I see
Thanks for the screenshot @PeskyStomach
Please tap on the Daily Report button. You can scroll down in the daily report to the Carbohydrates section and find Sugar listed under there:
Finally, got it! Thanks for your patience.
