Barcode scanner
Anyone else having trouble getting the barcode scanner to work? Mine hasn't worked in a couple of days

My scanner works but the button moved from the left side to the right side. What is very annoying is the "add new food" option is not working. Anyone else experience this?

I’m getting this as well, I’ve used the barcode functionality for months. For the last 4?days - It just takes me to the general food list. Doesn't bring the product up. it's stuck in a loop.
scan sends to food list, scan sends to food list etc…

Hi @Sassy What kind of trouble are you running into? Is your camera able to get a read on the barcode at all? Or are you having also running into issues creating a new food?

It is working!!!! Thank you so much for the prompt work to get that functionality back. Am 64 and if I had Cronometer 50 of those years to use (and the wisdom to use it) I could perhaps have avoided arthritis and heart issues altogether. JJ
