diary automatically deleted when i updated goal calories. app sucks and just redirects people, i typed this question numerous time and it just disappeared, like my diary. no idea what calories i have left.

Sorry to hear your diary was deleted. We'd love to help! Could you tell me a bit more about what happened? Are you using Cronometer on the mobile app or the website?
What did you update in your settings - did you set a custom energy target, or change your rate of weight gain or loss? Did you notice your diary deleted immediately after that?
