Help Please, Online Version doesn't match app

Hi, I created my account online first, tweaked a few things then downloaded the app, my total calories available for the day ( without added exercise) is 1497 online. On the app it is 2389. I can't work out why. I have checked and all the info is the same, the online version is the correct one
