Hi! I need guidance on the use of Humapro. I use this protein supplement frequently as it's the only thing I have found that doesn't give me stomach troubles, however, since it basically has no calories and is mostly all protein/aminos, it messes with my macros when I use it. I will be on point with my macros but my calories consumed it not enough. Anyone here use HumaPro and what should I do to get those calories in since I lift weights?
