Withings fails to import data

From time to time data flow from withings devices stops syncing to cronometer.

Unlinking and then linking withings again temporary fixes the issue (for 1 or 2 days)

    Sorry to hear your Withings data isn't showing up in Cronometer. Does all the data stop coming through, or have you noticed that it's just some types of data?
    Does using the Force Sync option work to bring over the missing data?

    I have withings cardio scale. None of the data shows up in cronometer.


    Force sync throws me an error:

    There was an error force syncing your device. Please try again later.


    Imediatelly after re-linking force sync works as expected and all data is backfilled for the selected period.

    Then after some time it goes into the error state again and nothung is syncing until re-link.


    Not sure of that's usefull, but:

    Data from google fit syncs with no issues.

  • @Karen_Cronometer I really expect more focus here. I have to relink the access every morning. That's not something I would expect from the cronometer app.
