Hi @keepthebeet you can find choline in the list of vitamins.
To add it to your nutrient targets, please go to: Settings > Targets > Nutrient Targets.
Select the vitamins tab. Find choline in the list and select the option to make it visible.
This will add it to the vitamins section of your nutrient targets
