It would be great to see iodine listed. It is an essential nutrient for the body and especially the thyroid and it would be nice to be able to track it along with the selenium listed...and any other prominent micronutroents.
You can edit the list of nutrients that you see in your Diary to add Iodine and Selenium.
From the Profile tab, check out the Nutritional Targets. You can customize which nutrients will appear in your diary screen by ticking the box in the Visible column for each nutrient. Select the Minerals tab to find Iodine and Selenium.
Some nutrients are not visible by default as they are not generally available from our nutrition data sources. This means that you may not see the iodine content, for example, listed in all of the foods in our database.
