Am loving cronometer. Granny who needs to lose weight and has been doing well. Glad this app can help me keep nutrients in line and in balance. Looking forward to some discussions mainly about fitness watches and integration.

Hi @Mary3554 and welcome!!
Once you have logged on with a Gold Account, you can access the "Diary Groups" function in the "Diary" section. Click on the "Settings" Button in the top right corner of "Diary" and select "Diary Settings". Once inside the settings menu, select "Show Groups in Diary" and click OK. Now you will be able to sort your foods into meals! You can view the breakdown of each meal by clicking on the title of each group!
If you would like a more detailed breakdown of this information, feel free to read through the section on Diary Groups in our user guide at https://cronometer.com/help/diary/#groups.

Morning,
Onto my fifth day using this site. Loving it. Just wanted to say thanks!
Hello everyone, I am new to this forum.
I'm new here. and I can't figure out how to see my data from a previous day. I've only entered for one day so far, but now I cant find this info, except in some graph displays
Hi @mary1
Click on today's date and that should bring up a calendar which will let you choose what day you would like to see. There are also arrows to the left and right of the date that you can press to jump quickly to yesterday or tomorrow, respectively.
Best,
Karen Stark

Hello, I am new to MMT / Keto and Cranometer. I'm Day 7 into it. I took my blood ketone test today and it was 4.7. Seems high to me....is that high? How do you know when you're fat adapted?
Hello everyone.
