Multi Add Food

I would love to be able to multi add food by selecting multiple checkboxes next to food, or long-pressing multiple food items, so that I can bulk add multiple foods at once.

I usually don't log my food until mid day, after I have already eaten multiple items. Having to add each food item one at a time, and then have to re-find each item is tedious, especially since the list reorders every time with the last added item at the top of the list.

    Example use scenario - I go to a restaurant and want to add multiple items from their menu.
    Something like this:
    Bonus if for each item that is added - it stickies to the top so you can adjust your search and keep your previous selections in view

  • @efl4life Here's a workaround. You could create a Custom Meal called Red Robin Menu with all of the above items that you have already entered, BUT set the serving to "0". You want to make sure you are set to explode the contents as separate "ingredients" You would log the Menu. You then just change the menu items to 1 serving and they will log.

    @masterchiefhalo117 I create recipes and meals with foods I log regularly (overnight oats) and schedule Repeats for some like my supplements. Supplement volumes are set to 0. Then I change it to !. The other method would be to go to the last date you entered and Copy to today.

    I don't find the Favouites feature very useful, perhaps because I click on the star for everything I log as a favourite.. But multiple selections would be good.

  • Workarounds are great and all but I think my suggestion is a better UX. Mobile already kinda has this functionality I believe.
