K cups

Who won't the diary register caffeine when I enter a K cup food?

  • Hi Starboard48,

Many brand name products are limited to the nutrients reported on their nutrition label. I find many coffee products often do not even include a nutrition label on the package.

If you need to have accurate tracking of nutrients that are not usually shown on the label, then it’s very important to avoid using the barcode scanner and branded products, as they will not contain that advanced data. You should instead log the closest generic equivalent from our list of common foods. In this case, "Coffee, Prepared From Grounds" might be your best bet.

    Best,
