I am a little confused about veggies... Told to eat lots of lemon, spinach, broccoli etc, yet when I enter the veggies they increase the net carbs macro significantly for me. I am currently on a keto diet 20 gr Max net carbs intake. For example: One Avocado has 2.5 gr net carb, 50 gr of broccoli has 2.0 gr net carbs- this are small portions and each almost 20-25% of may total daily carbs!
I am torn of what is the best way to go about it. Thank you in advance!
