New cstom biometrics created in Crono web appear as question marks in the app

  1. add a new custom biometric in Crono web
  2. Open the same day in the app
  3. look at the new entry containing the new custom biometic:
  4. insead of the name of the biometric, see that all it displays is a "?"

    Did your custom biometric contain any symbols or characters in the name? If so can you let us know which symbols/characters?

    Can you add the biometric to your diary from the mobile app? Does it still appear in your list of biometrics as a question mark?

  • Only lower case ordinary letters

    I tried to do what you asked: to add the biometric in the app. But today I am unable to reproduce the error at all. Today everything works: no question marks and the biometric appears nicely when adding it in the app. Sorry that I am not much helpful. All I know is that I am having this error regularly. I fact, it always came when I made a newer and newer attempt to switch from the web version to the app. The app always failed, again and again, so I just deemed it unfit to be used, except for a very limited usage of repositioning entries within a day.
