What is the red thingon the right of the foods when you add
I cannot figure out what the red thing is or the other symbols either. They are followed by uneplained letters. Anyone? Please explain what I am looking at.

I think I just figured it out. Where the knowledge of the composition comes from...
the symbol for what database, and the abbreviation for it? there are two major db's NCCDB, and USDA...NCCDB is good but a pay to play one, and USDA is free and publicly available to everyone...forget what NCCDB stands for, but usda stands for U.S. Dept. Agriculture...
