Is there a way to get reminders to log your meals for each meal?

Hi Jazz5678,
You can set a reminder if you have not logged any items for the day.
Log in to your account on the website, and select the Profile tab.
In the account information section, there is an option to set reminders. Tick the box next to 'Remind me if I forget to enter my items @' and choose a time to receive the reminder.Best,
