The fat I am to have seems to be changing daily.. i am so confused. Yesterday it said 142 gms today it says 82.7 gm what the heck
Did you exercise a lot yesterday? If you increase your energy out your energy in will have to increase to compensate.
It sounds like you have a dynamic macronutrient target chosen in your Profile?
Dynamic targets will calculate your macros based on how many calories you have burned each day.
If you would prefer, you can use fixed targets instead that will remain the same each day, no matter how many calories you burned.
To change your macronutrient targets, go to the Profile tab.
Chose 'Fixed Targets' from the drop-down menu.
You can also customize your macronutrient targets by clicking on each target in the Nutritional Targets section of the Profile tab:
Tick the box to use a custom value, enter in your targets, then click Apply.

Thank you Karen! That helps make sense. Should I eat more if it says to?
I think this depends on your health status and personal goals and would be best answered by a health professional.
There are a couple of threads about eating all your calories with input from Susan_RD_101 (registered dietitian) as well as other users on this topic that you may find helpful:
