Quick-add entries to diary with the app offline (for wifi-or-none like when abroad)

Could we have some way to log offline... some kind of -later to be matchable- food keyword and something like grams, volume, and/or quantity which can be matched later when online?

I make notes in my sketchbook sometimes when really interested in logging a day when I'm in transit and offline, between wifi...

Would it convolute the app for a few users who don't always do the app with 3G/4G?
