How to get calories to adjust for exercise...
I'm having trouble with this! I input exercise but my calorie budget doesn't change... what gives?

Hi lorenaxg,
It sounds like you may have set Fixed Values for your energy and macronutrient targets. You can check in the Settings tab. Under Targets, look at your Macronutrient Targets.
Fixed Values will keep your energy and macro targets the same each day. For dynamic targets, choose Macro Ratios instead. This will calculate your macros targets based on how many calories you burned each day to fit the ratio you have chosen.
