Hi Friar_K,
This is only an estimate the software uses if you have chosen settings in your Profile that require a value for body fat percentage (for example, ketogenic macronutrient targets). Height and weight are not a lot to go on, so we very strongly recommend that you measure or estimate your body fat percentage and enter this in for more accurate calculations.
