I put a tbsp of chia and a tbsp of ground flax in my breakfast smoothie, and get 169% of omega 3. Is it okay to have such high omega 3 intake, or should I choose just one kind of seeds?
In general, it's always okay to exceed nutrient targets when it comes from food. The exception to this would be nutrients that we want to limit, like saturated fat, trans fat, sodium, and added sugar.
