First View/Edited Selected Food incorrectly shows blank New Recipe

This is an issue of the new web app UI.

Steps:
1. Run a fresh instance of the web application.
2. Right click on an existing food diary entry (NOT recipe), select "View/Edited Selected Food".
3. The app switches to Foods, Custom Foods tab, but a blank "New Recipe" section shows instead.

Expected Outcome: When the "View/Edited Selected Food" option is clicked on the context menu of a food item for the first time, the actual food entry should show in the tab.

Notes:
1. Repeating the second step in the same browser instance will open the correct food entry.
2. The issue cannot be reproduced on editing a recipe.
