It would be really handy to be able to enter Systolic and Diastolic BP in a single entry. It would also be great to be able to graph it on a single plot.

We are working on a feature to graph a couple of metrics one one graph to help with analyzing trends, as well as making improvements to our Add Biometric flow. Thanks for your feedback!

Just wanted to second this... plotting systolic/diastolic together is much more in line with the way people typically reference these stats.
