Nutrient Targets - Custom Settings
Hi - I don't recall setting custom levels for micronutrients, yet there are custom levels identified. I'm wondering if custom levels are set by the Cronometer based on a particular diet. Specifically I'm looking at vitamins and minerals targets.

The vitamin and mineral targets you are seeing are preset according to the DRIs, which are the amounts of essential vitamins and minerals determined to be necessary for a specific age and gender group.

Hello! I'm new to cronometer and wanted to know what is a good source to determine the Nutrient Targets for myself? Can anyone help lead me in the right direction?

Hello,
I would suggest just starting with Cronometer's default setting, then modifying your targets based on your goals (e.g. sports performance, weight loss, general health, etc.) and preferences.
