Mercola's new books: Ketofast and the accompanying cookbook

Mercola has gotten lazy and sloppy IMHO.
His ketofast cook book was missing the very first recipe that I looked for here on CM.
He also totally dropped the ball for what I was most looking forward to. That is the recipes typed out on CM like ALL of my other recipes are entered.

Now I have payed to a book that if I don't have it with me I have no access to the recipes. Either way I still have to type the recipes in by hand into my personal recipe collection (at home or here on CM)......

I am so disappointed that I may be returning these books to Amazon.
