So this forum is called Cronometer Challenges so where are all the challenges? Lol , can members start a challenge or is it staff only?

Hey @fitgirl you can start one yourself! We had a couple of staff-started challenges over the years but we have no current challenges running.

I'm going to post yesterday's meal plan because it's complete. I was 97% on target with 1620.2 calories. Eating flaxseed, wheatgerm, TVP and nutritional yeast in my morning smoothie with a 1/2 banana and 1 cup of kale helped me get there!

This is yesterdays M., 6/24/19 results: 1065 calories, 95% a great day because I'm trying to lose weight.

T., 6/25/19 Results: 1557.5 calories, 96%

Su., 6/30/19, 1186 calories, 100% target. I just found Cream of Tartar and it adds a lot of potassium to the diet. I took it as 1 teaspoon of Cream of Tartar and 1 cup of water. It's milder than pickle juice. Also, I discovered Nu Salt it's really loaded with potassium. I think I'll do a 50/50 salt and Nu Salt mix. I also take supplements.
