I'm going to post yesterday's meal plan because it's complete. I was 97% on target with 1620.2 calories. Eating flaxseed, wheatgerm, TVP and nutritional yeast in my morning smoothie with a 1/2 banana and 1 cup of kale helped me get there!
This is yesterdays M., 6/24/19 results: 1065 calories, 95% a great day because I'm trying to lose weight.
T., 6/25/19 Results: 1557.5 calories, 96%
1290 Calories, 100% on target.
Sa., 6/29/19, 1251 calories, 100% target.
Su., 6/30/19, 1186 calories, 100% target. I just found Cream of Tartar and it adds a lot of potassium to the diet. I took it as 1 teaspoon of Cream of Tartar and 1 cup of water. It's milder than pickle juice. Also, I discovered Nu Salt it's really loaded with potassium. I think I'll do a 50/50 salt and Nu Salt mix. I also take supplements.
M., 7/1/19, 1221.5 calories, 100% target goals. I've lost 7 pounds so far.
T., 7/2/19: 1210.9 calories, 100% target goals.
W., 7/2/19: 1262.3 calories, 100% target goals. The target goals are Phosphorus 147%, Potassium 147%, Magnesium 189%, Vitamin A 237%, Cystine 107%, Vitamin B12 2283 %, Sodium 113%. Protein 86.5g, Carbohydrates 169.9 g, Fat 32.6 g.
