Diet choice post thyroidectomy
hello,
I am two months post full thyroidectomy and looking for advice on what to set for keto as far as goals on the app?
I was hyperthyroid before I began taking medication and eventuAlly had iodine ablation and surgery.

I'm unable to give you personal recommendations, as there isn't a lot of quality research on keto diets and thyroidectomy. As such, I'd recommend setting your keto target to "relaxed" or "moderate", while monitoring your thyroid hormones and changes to weight/other symptoms.
