Requirements for amino acids were determined based on body weight for different genders and age categories. What you are seeing in your Cronometer account is the number of grams of each of amino acid from various foods.

yeah I would just like to know in what units is the data in the target section for amino acids calculated and how is it calculated in terms of calories. do you have a book reference so I can look it up? thanks
