hemp seeds HULLED vs hemp hearts
I thought they were the same thing but if I plug them in I get very different nutrient profiles. Which one is accurate? Not referring to the hemp seeds that still have the shell but the hulled ones.

I would recommend using the nutrition data listing for "hemp seeds, hulled" from the NCCDB data source. There is a CRDB listing for "Hemp hearts" but I need to confirm the source, as this may be a brand specific listing. Wonderful. That is what I have been using. They are a great source of methinone among non animal sources - normally we have too much methionine but with a plant based diet it can be harder
