Ask the Oracle

I apologize if this is a dumb question but I searched and couldn’t find the answer.

How do I know how much to eat of the food that Ask the Oracle suggests for nutrients? If I’m low on fiber and it suggest psyllium seeds, is the grams shown the amount to have to equate my daily requirement? For example, it shows my daily fiber target is 25g. Psyllium lists 77.3g and 0.39 calorie. Can you explain what these numbers represent?

Thank you so much.

in case anyone else had the same question, I thought I would post the reply I received from Cronometer support:

This number refers to the amount of fibre contained in that food. So for psyllium seeds this is indicating that there is 77.3g of fibre in 100g of psyllium seeds, and 0.39g of fibre for every calorie of psyllium seeds consumed.
