I am a Spark refugee, after finally finding the secret to my weight loss success - intermittent fasting, counting calories and macros, and walking 10,000 steps daily. I lost 65 lbs. and it was easy! I researched Dr. Jason Fung from Toronto (videos and books) and was totally convinced about intermittent fasting. Then came Dr. Eric Berg and Gin Stephens to give their added support. I do audiobooks while I walk … great learning opportunities. July and August were a bit of a setback as Spark closed and air quality was not suitable to being outside. Sept 1st I started again. I have 10-15 lbs to lose. I can do it now.
