Serving Sizes when making a recipe
I don't understand it. It shows Serving sizes # Measure .....Servings per recipe What does # and measure mean? I have a salad recipe. I want it to be that the whole amount = 2 servings. If I say for the # part -2 does that mean 2 servings per recipe? Or should I leave that blank and click "Servings per recipe" twice which… -
What product to use for Tomato Sauce?
Does anyone have an idea of what product to use for Tomato Sauce that is comparable in calories and nutrition? I would like to include Tomato Sauce in my diary. But the calories of the tomato sauce products in the grocery store's are not the same as a 1/2 cup of Tomato Sauce in Cronometer at 27.22 calories. As an example,… -

Re: How to accurately log and track ingredients used in a custom recipe
Thank you, JanetR606, for your reply. Unfortunately, when searing meat, especially a fatty cut, there is always more fat afterwards than what I began with. Depending on the size of the roast, I'll typically use 1-2 T oil. After searing the roast, I then remove most of the fat (from 1-4 T) leaving a scant 1 T in the pan to… -

Thought I would share my recipe for Aztec Salad because I know some of you eat vegetarian (and this might be vegan too depending on your take on honey) - and so yummy. I serve as a side, but also sometimes over grilled chicken. 2 sweet potatoes (about 20 oz raw) 2 tomatillos 2 ears of corn 1 red pepper 1 mango 2 bunches… -

I've planned out my meals for next week. Here's the projected nutrition report. I am sure things will change slightly throughout the week… -

Re: 17 grams of Omega-6 = Minimum
That's what I was looking for. I read your blog post too. Very interesting. From your point of view, what is the maximum grams of Omega-3 one should take daily from all sources? Does 8 grams of omega-3 daily is too much? I take Life Extension Fish oil : 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening plus the omega-3 from my hemp… -
Garmin Integration (Sleep Data).
Okay, so it's nice that I can now click the Chevron next to 'Sleep (Garmin)' on the diary page and get a verbose breakdown of my sleep (Pic 2), but this makes the 'Recovery' and 'Sleep Score' entries redundant. If I want that data, I'll click for it. These are now just unnecessary clutter. They're not the sort of metrics I…
