I never thought I'd join a forum in 2018, but here I am.

I was active in the community because I thought it was important. Now, what's more important than our health?!

I look forward to helping this platform grow, as I know how vital the knowledge it provides can be. A lot of my cooking is asian inspired, which I know can be difficult to track since it's always an eyeball of this, or a heaping phở spoon of that. I'm hoping to change that with some video recipes in the near future!
