I'm pretty new to Cronometer, but here is my nutrition average for the first 3 days.
I'm a male, 23, 5'11 and 142 pounds. I'm trying to gain weight. I get a good amount of exercise.
Any advice or questions would be more than welcome. I would gladly compare averages and discuss diets with anyone interested. I eat very little meat, but 2 eggs every day, as you can guess from my cholesterol intake.
The specific types of protein are cut off at the bottom of the image, but they are all between 300 - 600 %
So far this data is pretty close to my goals. I'm just getting started though, so I hope to optimize it a lot more. First priority is reducing fat slightly, and improving my omega ratio.
I also take a multivitamin each day which is not included, and a cod liver oil pill which IS included.
