Setting up weight goals

Hi I'm a new user, loving chronometer so far. I'm unsure as to which weight goal to select. I'm using the ketogenic diet and I would like to build lean muscle mass whilst reducing body fat percentage. I'm currently 74.7kg and 14.7% body fat.

    So you are not concerned about weight per se, only body composition? I would select "maintain weight" and see how you go. Adjust per body response.

    I agree that you probably want to aim to "maintain" weight, although, you will likely need to eat a higher calorie level than your maintenance level in order to build muscle mass.

    If you are following a keto diet, it's very important that you engage in strength-building activities since a keto diet can actually lead to muscle loss (as can any weight loss diet).
