Is there a way to track alternative items (like in the nutrient targets?)
There are things I would like to track that relate to my health but are not exercise or eating/nutrition-related. For example, I'd like to track my medication (2x/day) and was thinking about tracking meditation or other activities. (More about how many times I do it, not necessarily calories burned, etc.)
Is there a type of hack I can do? I really like just looking at all the nutrient circles and seeing what I have done, almost done, and just need a little bit more to do. I LIke the challenge of trying to get all my circles green.
Is there a type of hack I can do to do something? Or do I just need to stick with notes for now?

@exona Thanks for your question! I would also post it in "Feature Request" forum to see if this is something the Cronometer team can accommodate.
In the meantime, as a Gold user, you can add a biometric of medication (e.g. name of medication and track number of tablets you took per day) or any other value you want to track. You can also use the "Add Note" function that you can personalize.
Hope this helps!

@exona you can also add meditation by selecting "Add exercise" and entering the search term "Meditating"

You could also track pills/medications as custom foods -- and tag them as 'supplements' so they show in the diary with the pill icon.

Oops! I saw 'medication' instead of meditation. Thanks for the great tips!
