Hi everybody!
I didn't find any topic about this so...
I wonder what amount I have to put when I weight my pasta or rice... do I have to put the value before cooking it or after? it changes a lot with the water intake. Thank you
Technically, you can enter either the cooked or uncooked amount of pasta or rice, but you need to ensure that you are choosing "dry" or "uncooked". Typically, I recommend clients weigh or measure the cooked amount of pasta/rice, since this is how it is being eaten.
