Why does cronometer not show any vitamin e values in when i add "kale juice" ?!?
Hi @q4rockz !
When we juice vegetables (as opposed to including them in a smoothie or eating them raw) and don't consume the entire leaf, we miss out on some of the nutrients. Vitamin E may be one of them. Also, there isn't a lot of vitamin E in kale (e.g. 1 cup raw contains ~2% of the RDA) so it may be that you didn't juice enough.
