New chronometer user
I just wanted to say hello and thank whoever set up this sub. I have been looking for a tool like this and was so happy to discover it finally!
I eat pretty healthy but have chronic low iron, and I'm a pescatarian and generally don't eat bread or pasta.
I think this will be a great way to track my iron intake and other nutrients as well.
My typical day is oatmeal with almond milk, stevia, and walnuts; or eggs either boiled or egg cups; or a smoothie with vegetarian protein powder and almond milk with either nuts, peanut butter powder, and cocoa powder.
Lunch is a combo of cheese, nuts, eggs, veggies, and fruit or a salad with similar toppings and olive oil and vinegar.
Dinner is veggie burgers, beans, or fish with quinoa or rice and veggies.
In the morning I have cold brew with chocolate almond milk or vanilla unsweetened almond milk and stevia.
I drink a homemade lemonade or two daily made with stevia and the juice of one lemon.
I have a glass of red wine at night.
I'll be very curious how this starts to look once I input my actual foods!

If you have trouble getting enough, don't forget the search tool! (oracle i believe they call it)
in the beginning for me it took 2-3 months of searching to be able to hit my targets (for a price point i was happy with)
I am an amateur. I've been using CRON-O-Meter for 10 years and counting, still learning.....
