lol, no just a cup and a half, that's for the whole recipe which is 9 servings...and the nutrient break down is for one serving...doubt 3l milk would clock in at 760 cals or so...
hell with all those ingriedients, the 12oz of sunflower, 6oz flax....lol, i have to look up the full recipes cals now, just for fun...6,850 cals for the recipe. Hell i could get on TV then!
From what food comes that high amount of vitamin D ?

unfortunately, probably the fortified whole milk i serve it in. 12oz by weight for a bowl of it..probably get's some of the protein from it too...
